Emergency Dentistry in Estevan

If you’re experiencing a dental emergency call our office right away. For immediate attention after hours, our emergency line is always staffed with someone on-call to help you.

While dental emergencies are rare, they still happen. Know what to do in the case of a dental emergency and always be prepared.

Missing Tooth

Attempt to place to tooth back in its socket and seek emergency dental treatment immediately. If the tooth will not stay in the socket, place it in a small container with cool milk or your own saliva to prevent the delicate roots from drying out. Do not touch the tooth root.

Broken Tooth

Store the tooth fragment in a small container and refrain from using the injured side of your mouth. Call us as soon as possible for dental treatment for your best chance of re-attaching the tooth.

Lost Crown or Filling

Put the lost crown or filling in a small container and call us as soon as possible for immediate dental treatment. The sooner we’re able to see you, the higher chance we have of successfully re-attaching the crown or filling. You may also use a small piece of sugar-free gum over the place your crown or filling used to sit as a temporary protective barrier.

Don’t hesitate to call us if you’re experiencing a dental emergency.
