Hi, my name is Laura, and I am a Registered Dental Assistant. My job here at Scotsburn Dental Centre involves preparing the treatment room, seating patients for their treatments, assisting during treatment and helping things run smoothly, taking digital x-rays, taking impressions and sterilizing instruments. I began working at the office in July of 2015, I started the Registered Dental Assisting course in Regina, SK at Saskatchewan Polytech in 2014. My favorite part of my job is seeing how happy people can be when we are able to improve their smile for them. I also love having good conversations with people, as they can be so great and interesting to talk to. I also love the doctors here at Scotsburn Dental because they truly care about the patients comfort and care. They ensure the job gets done right, they are really good people who take care of this team. I live in Estevan with my boyfriend and we have two cats that we love. I enjoy getting outdoors and getting some physical activity in as much as I can. I also am beginning to enjoy travel, so far, I have been to Iceland and South Africa. I am very grateful and proud to have been a part of this team for the past 4+ years and I look forward to the years ahead.
